Job summary

Binance is seeking a product leader to set the direction and roadmap for backend trading systems. You will work with trading engineering teams to translate complex trading needs into technical solutions and drive the full product lifecycle from planning to release.

You will monitor performance and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, understanding of financial products like Margin and Futures, and the ability to translate trading logic

Qualifications

Product experience is not a must but preferred.
Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options etc.
Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
Ability to understand trading logics, risk methods, and translate them into product requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.

Responsibilities

Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives products including but not limited to Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts etc.
Work with the trading engineering teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions.
Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch.
Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users.
Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.
