Binance is seeking a TradFi Product Manager to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Binance Earn's TradFi offerings, including ETFs, mutual funds, equities, futures, and structured products. You will bridge traditional finance and crypto with agile delivery, collaborating across Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure regulatory feasibility and successful regional launches.

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in financial products.
• Hands-on TradFi experience with ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks, futures, or brokerage/trading products.
• Structured products and options knowledge — payoff structures like dual-currency yield, snowball, shark fin, and other options-linked or principal-protected products.
• Working proficiency in English for cross-border collaboration.
• Experience in full product lifecycle management in an agile framework.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Support.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; comfortable with product metrics and user behavior data.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; fast learner with perseverance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the planning and execution of Binance Earn's TradFi product line, covering ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks.
• Manage the full product lifecycle for TradFi offerings: market research, requirement analysis, PRD writing, product design, launch, and iterations.
• Research TradFi market trends and user needs, bridging TradFi with the crypto platform for cross-market wealth management experiences.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to meet regional regulatory requirements and local launch feasibility.
• Explore crypto TradFi convergence opportunities, including RWA, tokenized assets, stablecoin yield products, and other initiatives.
• Lead design and operations of structured options products, including Dual Investment, Snowball, Shark Fin, and others; define rules and payoff structures.
• Coordinate with Quant and Market Maker teams to define product parameters and optimize pricing and yield curves.
• Drive end-to-end delivery using agile practices; track progress and ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
• Track product metrics (TVL, AUM, conversion, retention, volume, revenue) and iterate based on data.
