Tru-Marine Shanghai is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager and Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales growth in Singapore’s marine turbocharger MRO market, blending technical expertise with commercial acumen to engage ship owners, management companies, OEMs and other stakeholders.

You will provide pre- and post-sales support, prepare proposals, coordinate with engineering and operations, and manage client relationships to ensure successful project execution and long-term partnerships.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in mechanical/marine engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales or technical support for marine turbocharger MRO or related field.
• Strong knowledge of major OEM turbochargers (ABB, MET, etc.).
• Proven track record in sales performance and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth through technical sales support and proposals.
• Prepare cost estimates, technical presentations, and tailored proposals.
• Engage clients via visits, meetings, and follow-ups to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering to design effective, cost-efficient solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Participate in tender preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and reports in CRM.
