Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Marine Operations Manager to oversee daily vessel movements, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will coordinate with Masters, engineers, and shore teams to maintain compliance with ISM/ISPS/OVID/OVMSA and MLC standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage operational plans, budgets, and responsive actions during emergencies. Singapore-based with international travel possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Marine Management, Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, Marine Engineering or related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily vessel movements and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate with Masters, Chief Engineers, and shore teams to support operations.
• Maintain records and reports for clients, regulators and management.
• Provide 24/7 operational support on a rotational basis for emergencies.
• Assist in marine consultancy, vessel delivery, audits and compliance.
