Job summary

Talent Titans Pte Ltd is seeking a Vessel Operations & Management professional to oversee daily vessel movements and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will support technical and operational management and coordinate with Vessel Masters, Chief Engineers, and shore teams to implement voyage plans and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing vessel operations and movement planning.
• Strong knowledge of ISM Code, ISPS, MLC and maritime regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with vessel masters, engineers, shore teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily vessel movements and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Support day-to-day technical and operational management of vessels.
• Coordinate with Vessel Masters, Chief Engineers and shore teams to implement plans.
• Monitor vessel performance, fuel efficiency, and maintenance schedules; report KPIs.
• Provide 24/7 operational support on a rotational basis for emergencies.
