Job summary

ROYAL OCEAN MARINE ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Marine Operations Lead to ensure regulatory compliance, manage audits, oversee the Safety Management System, and coordinate resources to optimise vessel performance and safety.

You will coordinate inspections by recognised organisations, liaise with insurers, mentor shore-based teams, prepare budgets, and participate in emergency response planning.

Qualifications

• Seagoing Master with CoC Class 1 or 2.
• 7+ years shore-based safety, health and environmental compliance for product or chemical tankers.
• Familiar with international and local maritime regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead marine operations to ensure compliance with regulations and oversee audits and inspections.
• Coordinate and manage vetting inspections and marine surveys.
• Oversee Safety Management System implementation and ongoing training.

Master CoC Class 1/2

7+ years shore-based safety/ENV

Maritime regulations familiarity
