Job summary

Illumina, Inc. in Singapore (Woodlands) is hiring a Manufacturing Technician 3 to perform sub-systems alignment, calibration, functional testing, troubleshooting, and final integration of instruments.

You will assemble electro/optical/mechanical subsystems, run tests, interpret quality data, and support manufacturing workflows under standard procedures. The role requires experience with SOPs, GMP, Lean, and 6S, and a Diploma in Engineering (Mech/Elect/Mechatronics) with 2–4 years of related

Qualifications

• Experience with SOPs, travelers, WIs, GMP, 6S and Lean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro/optical/mechanical sub-systems and calibrate per SOPs.
• Perform functional tests and troubleshoot components and integrated systems.
• Align complex optical systems with in-house software and instruments.
• Coordinate instrument final integration and system tests.
• Perform data collection, QC procedures, and packaging when required.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean activities.
