Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Application Support, Production Support, or related IT support functions.
• Experience supporting MES, shopfloor, warehouse, or production applications is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for manufacturing, shopfloor, warehouse, and related production systems during the designated support window.
• Act as a senior support resource, ensuring effective handover and coordination across different support shifts.
• Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of manufacturing systems, minimizing production downtime.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams, technical leads, vendors, and application owners to resolve complex system issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Support system enhancements, testing activities, UAT, and hypercare for new functionalities.
• Execute application releases, patches, deployments, and enhancements per IT governance and change management procedures.
