Job summary

JustCo Group in Singapore is hiring a creative designer to develop assets across digital, print, social, websites and events, supporting integrated marketing campaigns with on-brand visuals and compelling presentations. You will translate briefs into impactful visuals, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and UI/UX familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, with 1–3 years' experience in in-house marketing or creative environments.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects and Figma are advantageous.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive web design and digital experiences across websites and landing pages.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to enhance ideation and production workflows.
• Solid visual design fundamentals in typography, layout, branding and storytelling.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing creative assets across digital, print, social media, websites, presentations, events and other customer touchpoints, supporting integrated marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
• Conceptualising and executing campaign visuals, translating creative briefs into compelling designs while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across multiple formats.
• Creating high-quality design outputs, including artwork, motion graphics, mock-ups, renders and presentation materials for both digital and print production.
• Supporting the design of digital experiences, including websites, landing pages and digital interfaces, applying UI/UX best practices where appropriate.
• Leveraging AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, visualisation and production workflows, while continuously exploring opportunities to improve creative efficiency without compromising design quality.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage multiple projects, refine creative solutions and deliver high-quality work within timelines.

Pre-requisites for this role include:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Design, Arts or a related discipline, with 1–3 years' relevant experience in an in-house marketing, branding, communications or creative agency environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma is advantageous.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, responsive web design and designing digital experiences across websites and landing pages. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and an interest in incorporating them into design workflows to enhance ideation, visualisation and production efficiency.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, branding and visual storytelling across both digital and print media.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
