PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Group's Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), Occupational Health, Environmental Health, employee well-being and safety culture initiatives in Singapore.

You will provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight to ensure a safe, healthy and compliant working environment across all business units. You will develop and implement Group-wide WSH strategies, management systems and programmes to meet statutory requirements and

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Management, Engineering or relevant.
Registered WSHO
Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or relevant
At least 12 years of relevant WSH experience
At least 5 years in a group level safety management or leadership role
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification has an advantage
Fire Safety Manager, ECO, ECMO or relevant certifications will have an advantage
Proficient in Mandarin to liaise Mandarin speaking counterparts

Responsibilities

Lead the Group's Workplace Safety & Health, Occupational Health, Environmental Health, employee well-being and safety culture initiatives.
Provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight for a safe, healthy and compliant environment across all business units.
Develop, implement and enhance Group-wide WSH strategies, policies and management systems to meet statutory and industry requirements.
Collaborate with Business Units, regulators, clients and external stakeholders to drive continuous safety improvements.
