Job summary

The Senior Manager for Workplace Safety & Health will lead the Group's safety, health and wellbeing initiatives across all business units in Singapore. You will shape strategy, governance and programmes to ensure compliant, safe and healthy operations.

Working with regulators, clients and internal teams, you will drive continuous improvements in risk management, occupational health and safety performance, and foster a robust safety culture throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Management, Engineering or relevant.
• Registered WSHO.
• Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or relevant.
• At least 12 years of relevant WSH experience.
• At least 5 years in a group level safety management or leadership role.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification has an advantage.
• Fire Safety Manager, ECO, ECMO or relevant certifications will have an advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin to liaise Mandarin speaking counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's Workplace Safety & Health, occupational health, environmental health, employee well-being and safety culture initiatives across all units.
• Develop, implement and continuously enhance group-wide WSH strategies, policies, management systems and programmes for compliance and performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, industry standards and organisational objectives; work with regulators, clients and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in safety performance, risk management and employee well-being while fostering a strong safety culture.
