Job summary

Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is seeking a capable Programme Governance Manager to lead governance, accreditation, and stakeholder engagement for ISCA's professional qualification and certification programmes in Singapore.

You will coordinate examinations, module mapping, partnerships, and committee secretariat, ensuring quality assurance, timely execution, and alignment with market needs.

Qualifications

• Accountancy degree from a recognised university; CA (Singapore) or equivalent preferred.
• 5–6 years of working experience in accountancy-related fields; education or adult learning experience is a plus.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong attention to details and meticulous.
• Ability to prepare and carry out well-articulated presentations.
• Good written and oral skills.
• Able to work on selected weekday evenings or weekends to support examinations and events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance and support arrangements for examinations, ensuring guidance on requirements, timelines and processes.
• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination and quality assurance for professional qualification examinations, including exam operations and post-exam reviews.
• Collaborate with examiners, reviewers, vendors and internal teams to meet standards and resolve issues.
• Oversee accreditation, module mapping and partnership development activities.
• Lead engagement with MOU partners and coordinate programme marketing and stakeholder outreach.
• Provide committee secretariat support and assist in governance reporting and documentation.
• Support content review and quality improvements for ISCA programmes.
