Job summary

The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own sponsor relationships from contract signing through renewal and growth. You will drive activation across brand, events and digital channels, ensuring sponsors realise value and stay engaged.

You will focus on flagship ISCA events, coordinate across marketing, programme and operations, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining strong senior stakeholder partnerships to deliver compelling

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in strategic account management, sponsorship, partnerships, or B2B commercial roles.
• Experience managing sponsorships and integrated activations across events, brand, content and digital channels.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and stakeholder-led organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic sponsor accounts from contract signing and manage lifecycle.
• Translate sponsor objectives into activation plans and measure success.
• Build senior sponsor relationships and manage expectations and opportunities.
• Track sponsor satisfaction, utilisation and value realisation across the partnership.
• Drive utilisation of sponsorship entitlements across brand visibility, events, content, and digital amplification.
• Coordinate with marketing, programme, operations and other teams as the central sponsor owner for deliverables.
• Identify under-utilised entitlements early and propose activations.
• Lead renewal conversations and pursue upsell within existing accounts.
• Maintain visibility of renewal status, opportunities, risks and revenue in CRM.
