Job summary

Singapore College of Islamic Studies (SCIS) is seeking a Manager to lead Programme Evaluation and Accreditation, ensuring high quality, validation, and recognition of SCIS programmes.

You will design evaluation frameworks, manage accreditation processes end-to-end, and develop quality assurance mechanisms while collaborating with faculties, student services, and leadership to support student success and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5–7 years’ experience in education programme evaluation, accreditation, or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA frameworks and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement evaluation frameworks for SCIS’ programmes.
• Conduct regular programme evaluations to assess effectiveness and alignment with college plans and goals.
• Analyse evaluation data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations.
• Develop and implement quality assurance mechanisms across programmes.
• Monitor academic standards and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
• Regularly review and update academic policies and procedures.
• Develop action plans and monitor progress of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with student administration to translate findings into improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on programme quality, accreditation status, and improvements.
