• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong data management and analysis to produce reporting insights.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills for programme development.

Responsibilities

• Support horizon scanning through research of industry trends and training needs.
• Assist feasibility studies and pilot programmes, coordinating implementation and evaluation.
• Manage end-to-end course operations including scheduling, enrolment tracking, and trainer coordination.
• Execute training logistics: attendance tracking, materials, Zoom hosting, classroom setup, catering.
• Handle walk-in and remote enquiries via email, WhatsApp and phone with timely responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Events, Facilities, Sales & Marketing, Finance) for seamless execution.
• Monitor timelines and dependencies to ensure speed-to-market and adapt to priorities.
• Track KPIs and support reporting for programme impact.
