Job summary

Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) seeks a governance-focused professional to lead and support administration, governance and continuous improvement of professional qualification programmes and examinations in Singapore.

You will oversee accreditation, exemption assessments, stakeholder engagement and operational processes, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery of candidate and institutional services.

Qualifications

• Accountancy degree from a recognised university.
• CA (Singapore) or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 5–6 years in accountancy related fields; education/adult learning experience is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to work selected weekday evenings or weekends when required to support examinations and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination and QA for professional qualification examinations including development timelines and operations.
• Coordinate with examiners, reviewers, vendors and internal teams to meet standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee examination communications and guidance for candidates and stakeholders.
• Manage governance, accreditation, exemptions and pathway-related activities with internal teams and partners.
