Job summary

State Street, via Charles River Development Private Markets, seeks a Senior Manager to ensure the successful delivery of Data Management Services for key clients across private markets, with a focus on loan processing and data extraction.

You will act as the client-facing SME, guiding deployment options, governance, and data workflows, and lead delivery across asset classes while partnering with professional services. Travel ~30% internationally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Credit / Debt, Infrastructure investments, Private Equity, Fund / Portfolio Management.
• Experience with loan processing, including key contractual terms and compliance requirements is a must.
• Experience in loan amortization schedules highly preferred
• Ability to communicate equally effectively from C-level to entry level employees
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Process efficient with heavy attention to detail
• Experience working with Business Intelligence dashboards / data modeling is a bonus
• Experience creating knowledge transfer materials is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead DMS delivery and client leadership for Private Markets.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and configure deployment to client needs.
• Document data workflows, capture rules, and validation requirements for delivery.
• Define deployment options and articulate advantages and disadvantages for DMS delivery.
• Provide client-facing leadership as the face of CRPM DMS; report on operational metrics and next steps.
• Oversee onboarding of outsourced investments (loans); design onboarding and data extraction processes.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on loan terms and data capture; refine SOPs with governance.
• Train teams during hyper-care phases and provide SME oversight during operations.
