Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in data/financial data services, preferably within alternative assets.
• Proven track record of engaging with institutional clients and high-level executives in finance.
• Confident presenting market intelligence, managing client relationships and handling sensitive information.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term rapport.
• Proven ability to understand client needs and apply a consultative approach to deliver solutions.
• Solid understanding of investor types and financial concepts across private markets.
• Experience in Data Management in financial services is preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization with focus on operational excellence.
• Intellectual curiosity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Outreach; data visualization skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with industry professionals to obtain proprietary insights.
• Conduct face-to-face interactions with clients, demonstrating professionalism and SME-level knowledge.
• Provide tailored research support to clients and internal stakeholders to drive engagement.
• Respond to inquiries with precision, offering guidance on data usage and methodologies.
• Assist in onboarding new clients with data walkthroughs and market insights.
• Maintain accuracy of investor profiles in Preqin's database and perform data validation.
• Troubleshoot data quality incidents with regional stakeholders and global teams.
• Act as SME for the dataset to support stakeholders' understanding of data processes.
• Support day-to-day data operations and pursue operational excellence.
• Assist Research Insights, Product & Marketing to deliver publications on deadlines.
