Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior team leader to manage and direct resources to ensure timely client deliverables and high-quality service. The role emphasizes team development, staff retention, and ongoing change and risk management within the department.

You will oversee client service operations, KPI reporting, and regulatory documentation reviews, ensuring effective escalation and resolution of client issues while coordinating with back-office processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience with fund accounting processes and KYC/AML considerations is a plus.
• Ability to manage teams and drive client service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct team to meet client deliverables and quality service.
• Oversee change and risk management within the department.
• Coordinate with internal providers to prepare KPI reports and client communications.
• Ensure onboarding and ongoing review of investor documentation and regulatory indicia.
