Job summary

State Street is seeking an Integration Data Platform Business Analyst to manage development and support of product offerings. You will gather functional requirements, map data, and liaise between business, implementation, and technology teams.

The role emphasizes data management, governance, and collaboration across mid/back-office solutions within the Alpha platform. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience with front, middle, and back office functionality and/or data management platforms.
• BS/BA degree in Technology, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• Ability to translate customer business needs into application requirements.
• Experience with SDLC & Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and document business requirements in agile story form for strategic product development.
• Develop an integrated view of the business using Business Architecture to drive outcomes.
• Create Agile stories and work with the development team through the project lifecycle.
• Support Alpha client BAU efforts, timelines, and client service.
• Provide front-to-back product expertise during implementation to meet requirements.
