Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a hands‑on Client Enablement – Functional Specialist (Front Office) to maximize adoption of Charles River’s multi‑asset platform. You will engage with portfolio managers, traders, and compliance officers to translate client needs into actionable product enhancements and a clear delivery strategy.

You will document requirements, collaborate with product, services, and support teams, and contribute to roadmaps that improve usage and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in product management and business analysis for investment management technology is preferred.
• Experience with remote teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, product management, business administration, finance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand front‑office use cases and usage patterns for portfolio managers, traders and compliance users.
• Document requirements, identify gaps and plan for increased adoption and user satisfaction.
• Maintain a client heatmap to identify focus areas for adoption.
• Provide business leadership, design feedback and solution building where gaps exist.
• Contribute to near‑ and long‑term product roadmaps and client feedback channels.
• Build relationships as a key client touchpoint for feedback and evaluation.
• Coordinate with technical/development teams to ensure alignment and execution.
