Job summary

The People’s Association in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager to lead Payroll & Donations, overseeing payroll, donations, fixed assets and CDF accounting with a focus on accuracy, governance and digitalisation. You will direct day-to-day operations and drive process improvements across financial controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounts.
• Experience with payroll operations, fixed asset accounting or fund management preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday or equivalent ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee team operations for payroll, donations, fixed assets and CDF functions.
• Supervise payroll, statutory contributions and recovery operations with CPF submissions and EOM/OOE recovery.
• Oversee PA CDF Fund accounting and reporting for SB-FRS-compliant statements.
• Manage fixed asset and lease accounting, asset counts, controls.
• Strengthen donations governance and risk management with AML compliance.
• Oversee statutory and audit reporting and respond to audit inquiries.
• Improve financial policies, processes and controls with SOPs and templates.
