Job summary

National Heart Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled finance professional to support payroll processing, financial accounting, and the administration of the Integrated Fund (IF). You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure donations are recorded properly, maintain the IF donor database, and prepare monthly IF financial statements.

You will also be involved in the annual budget, preparation of financial reports, and participation in new projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• A recognised Degree in Accountancy/Business
• Experience in finance and payroll knowledge is required (at least 5 years)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll processing and staff payment related billings.
• Assist in financial accounting duties and administration of the Integrated Fund (IF).
• Work with stakeholders to ensure that all donations are received in proper order.
• Maintain the IF donor database and prepare monthly IF financial statements.
• Be involved in the annual budget and in the preparation of financial reports.
• Contribute to new projects as assigned.
