Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, organizational development, public health, management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning, process improvement, change management, or organizational transformation; leadership in healthcare settings preferred.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership management at senior organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic mapping and improvement of patient experience processes.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with senior leadership and external healthcare partners.
• Direct change management efforts across departments for successful adoption of new processes.
• Manage programme budgets, resource allocation, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Develop patient experience KPIs, dashboards, and baseline data processes for real-time monitoring.
