Job summary

Singapore General Hospital Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to support the Unit Head of Admitting Services in managing frontline and roving teams covering inpatient wards and the coordination centre.

The role focuses on admissions, financial counselling, payment, and service posting, ensuring an efficient patient experience. Responsibilities include end-to-end admissions oversight, timely communication and documentation, staff rostering, performance management and transformation

Qualifications

• Has degree with at least 4 years in a middle-management role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, analytical, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end admission, financial counselling and patient access operations across emergency, urgent, elective and same-day admission services.
• Ensure timely communication, documentation and follow-up of admission, financial and administrative requirements.
• Establish and monitor service standards, operational controls and business continuity arrangements.
