Job summary

National Heart Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and supervise the outpatient admitting services. You will drive the efficient operation of admissions and financial counselling, shaping processes through innovative technology and strategic planning.

You will also manage budgets, resources, and manpower, while leading cross-functional projects and representing the department in cluster meetings to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 3 years' working experience in admitting services, preferably in healthcare.
• Healthcare and staff management experience will be advantageous.
• Experience in design thinking, change management, project management, technology adoption or process methodologies preferred.
• Results-oriented self-starter with strong analytical, supervisory, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to exercise initiative, multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Cardiac Clinics in managing and supervising outpatient admitting services.
• Contribute to strategic planning, development, and implementation of admission and financial counselling processes.
• Develop workplans and processes for admission and financial counselling using innovative technologies.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating and capital budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Manage manpower resources for new and existing services in outpatient settings; oversee service recovery and improvement projects.
• Represent the department at cluster meetings and coordinate cross-functional activities related to system enhancements and workflows.
