Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager for NHG Group Clinical Education in Singapore. You will shape governance, development and innovation of clinical education to support tomorrow’s healthcare professionals.

You will lead faculty management and recognition initiatives, facilitate development opportunities, and participate in strategic projects across clinical, academic and administrative teams to elevate NHG Health’s educational impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in education administration or clinical education is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; IT systems, data management or data analytics are a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern and develop clinical education programs.
• Oversee faculty management, recognition initiatives and teaching awards.
• Support development opportunities including conferences and postgraduate studies.
