Job summary

SingHealth's Community Health Office of Learning (SCHOOL) seeks a Senior Manager to co-lead planning, development and delivery of course offerings in case management and integrated health and social care.

You will translate workforce needs into learning interventions, oversee end-to-end delivery across classroom, blended and online formats, and build partnerships with internal and external faculty to maintain high-quality learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related.
• Min 8 years in health or community healthcare training.
• Experience in case management, care coordination or integrated care is advantageous.
• Strong instructional design and assessment knowledge.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and delivery of SCHOOL's courses in case management and integrated care.
• Coordinate faculty and course materials; ensure quality and standards.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across classroom, blended and online formats.
• Partner with internal and external faculty, clinical leaders and stakeholders.
• Establish quality assurance processes and implement improvements based on evaluations.
