Job summary

SingHealth Academy is seeking a Senior Manager/Assistant Director to lead the education communications team within Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will shape education communications strategy and drive integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will manage major events and build SingHealth's reputation as the leading education provider for medical professionals, working with Colleges, the Institute of Medical Simulation, and Academic Medicine Education Institute.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 8 years in corporate or marketing communications.
• Experience leading teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience setting policies and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated writing flair.
• Excellent graphic design sense.
• Strategic thinking with proven planning and execution abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Good negotiation skills and ability to communicate at all organisational levels.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Energetic, self-driven, and meticulous approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated communications plans to elevate the SingHealth Academy brand.
• Lead your team to execute strategies that align with Group Communications directives.
• Create content across multiple platforms, managing copywriting for speeches and collaterals.
• Oversee website and social media strategies, and orchestrate publicity for signature Academic Medical Centre events.
• Serve as central coordinator for cluster-level education communications and provide strategic counsel to stakeholders.
• Manage team performance and development, staff engagement initiatives, and budget/resource allocation.
