Job summary

SingHealth is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of digital health enablement strategies across clinical, operational, and administrative areas. You will identify training needs, develop programmes for in-person and virtual formats, and ensure deployment of learning activities throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualification an advantage.
• At least 8 years in Learning and Development with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS.
• Experience building databases and management reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of digital health enablement strategies across organisation.
• Develop in-person and virtual training programmes aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee training needs analyses and content development with subject matter experts.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and metrics to assess training effectiveness.
• Partner with department leads to align learning initiatives with operational needs.
