Job summary

National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in Singapore seeks an accomplished partnerships professional to lead the Industry Partnerships portfolio within the IT&T Department. You will work with Industry Training Officers, partners and stakeholders to operationalise initiatives and monitor programme outcomes, reporting to the Assistant Director, Ecosystem Partnerships.

Qualifications

At least 8–12 years of working experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, programme management or transformation-related roles.
Experience with enterprises, government agencies or ecosystem partners is preferred.
Experience in workforce or industry development initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of industry partnerships, including anchor companies and ecosystem players.
Apply partnership standards, frameworks and templates to ensure consistency.
Run partnership programmes end-to-end from onboarding to rollout and review.
Support government funding engagement and funding condition discussions.
Coordinate pilots of new partnership models and scale successful approaches.
Track performance and prepare reporting for management and industry updates.
