WinsAbove is hiring a Manager for our Implementation Services team in Singapore. You will lead a team of Service Architects to ensure successful implementations of the Datadog platform. Your role includes mentoring team members, designing technical solutions, and collaborating with sellers to enhance customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should have experience in team management and technical architecture, as well as strong presentation skills. Work will be hybrid, allowing a balance between professional and personal life.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of people management experience.
• 1-2 years experience in selling or positioning professional services.
• Experience designing and delivering technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and mentor a fast-paced team of Service Architects.
• Design and guide execution of Datadog implementations.
• Develop relationships with sellers to grow sales.
