• Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and mentor a team of Service Architects.
• Operate as player-coach designing and guiding Datadog implementation delivery.
• Develop relationships with regional sellers to grow Implementation Services sales.
• Connect directly with customers to position services and evaluate program impact.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales for a strong onboarding experience.
