Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to support a new healthcare facility in Singapore. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to align design, infrastructure and operations with regulatory standards and timelines.

You will guide the planning through commissioning, lead design reviews, assess proposals and ensure safe, efficient hospital operations from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fire Safety certification or SCDF registration
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare infrastructure or hospital development.
• Experience in project management, technical coordination, design review and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of building codes, fire safety systems, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination and stakeholder engagement to ensure requirements are captured, addressed and delivered within project timelines.
• Guide users through the planning, design, construction and post-construction stages, ensuring hospital operational needs are incorporated.
• Lead technical coordination meetings, design reviews and project discussions with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Review architectural, engineering and infrastructure designs to ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, WSH requirements and operational needs.
• Evaluate consultant and contractor proposals to ensure solutions are practical, safe, maintainable and fit for purpose.
• Identify and mitigate risks relating to design, infrastructure, safety and project changes.
• Ensure hospital layouts support safe and efficient movement of patients, staff, visitors, supplies and waste.
• Incorporate emergency preparedness, business continuity and organisational resilience requirements into infrastructure and operational plans.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities on regulatory compliance, licensing, commissioning and operational readiness.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, approvals and reports in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
• Support the development of frameworks, processes and protocols to ensure the hospital is ready for commissioning and day-one operations.
• Provide secretariat support and undertake other duties as assigned.
