Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) is seeking a senior governance and compliance leader to own the governance agenda, align NHG with MOH regulations, and provide assurance to senior leadership and Board committees. You will drive compliance frameworks, run monitoring programs, manage obligations register and policy landscape, and turn data into actionable insight.

You write well and operate across multi-institution settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, risk, internal audit, or governance, preferably in healthcare or public sector.
• Ability to present to Board committees and work across multiple institutions.

Responsibilities

• Own compliance frameworks and monitoring across NHG institutions.
• Drive training, declarations, and policy reviews to ensure timely completion.
• Produce clear, well-reasoned reports for senior leadership and Board committees.
• Track and close audit issues, remediation actions, and compliance cases.
• Lead self-assessments and maintain up-to-date controls documentation.
