Job summary

Foundation Healthcare is seeking a Compliance Manager to support the Chief Compliance Officer in overseeing policy, internal controls, and governance across corporate and site operations in Singapore. You will ensure policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements are current and embedded in practice.

With 8–12 years in compliance or risk, you will coordinate regulatory submissions, audits, and training, and drive remediation of gaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related discipline.
8–12 years of experience in compliance, governance, internal audit, risk, or operational compliance.
Strong experience in policy management, SOP development, internal controls, and regulatory or accreditation processes.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to balance compliance rigour with operational practicality.

Responsibilities

Policy and SOP management across functions and operating sites.
Monitor internal controls and compliance practices; identify gaps and coordinate remediation.
Coordinate regulatory submissions, licence renewals, inspections, and accreditation activities.
Conduct internal compliance audits and support external audits.
Develop and deliver training and advisory programmes on policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Prepare compliance updates, dashboards, and reports for management and governance forums.
