Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) is seeking a Group Data Protection & Governance professional to lead the review and enhancement of our data protection policy and framework in alignment with PDPA and MOH HIM. You will collaborate with NHG institutions, drive incident reporting, and promote a strong privacy culture through training and awareness initiatives.

You will act as a trusted data protection advisor to NHG units, support the DPO Committee, and deliver regular risk

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in data protection and audit/compliance role with robust understanding of PDPA
• Recognition in privacy/security/audit qualifications is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and IT tools; able to summarize and present complex information
• Experience working in healthcare governance or equivalent regulated environment is preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and update NHG data protection policy and framework per PDPA and HIM
• Collaborate with NHG institutions to implement policy and incident reporting procedures
• Establish and communicate NHG data protection objectives across units
• Promote data protection training and awareness across NHG
• Act as data protection advisor to NHG units and promote risk awareness
• Support DPO Committee with review, evaluation and recommendations on data protection matters
• Prepare reports for DPO Committee and Senior Management
