Straits Investment Management Pte. Ltd. seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to lead Fund Operations & Investor Relations for our Singapore VCC and private-credit sub-fund. You will own day-to-day operations, drive robust controls and coordinate with fund administrators and investors.

You will oversee subscriptions, redemptions, settlements and reporting, while ensuring AML/KYC compliance and risk management in a fast-paced alternative investment environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a finance-related field and professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience with fund administration, investment operations and AML/KYC processes is preferred.
• Strong control mindedness and ability to implement governance frameworks are essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end fund operations, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and distributions.
• Review NAV reports, reconciliations, fee calculations and fund accounting outputs.
• Coordinate with fund administrators and service providers to resolve issues.
• Prepare management reports on AUM, investor flows, liquidity and operations.
