Job summary

blue ashva capital pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate – Investor & Client Relations in Singapore. The role covers investor relations, fundraising support, client servicing, portfolio operations and stakeholder management across the firm’s investment activities.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a Singapore-based licensed fund management company, family office or asset manager, with strong understanding of VCC structures, sub-funds and investment products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore licensed fund management or related.
• Strong understanding of VCC structures and sub-funds.
• Experience managing multiple portfolios and investor reporting.
• Experience fundraising and investor relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing and prospective investors, including family offices, HNWIs, institutional investors, wealth managers and strategic partners.
• Coordinate investor onboarding, KYC/AML documentation, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions and other investor-related processes.
• Prepare and coordinate periodic investor communications, portfolio updates and fund performance reports.
• Maintain accurate investor records, CRM and fundraising pipeline information.
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls and follow-ups with senior management.
• Support ongoing fundraising initiatives and identify prospective investors across markets.
• Prepare investor presentations, teasers, information memoranda, updates and materials.
• Coordinate investor due diligence and data-room requests.
• Track fundraising pipelines and investor engagement through to subscription.
• Support co-investment opportunities and bespoke investment solutions for qualified investors.
• Support management in portfolio operations and fund reporting.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, banks, legal advisers and other service providers.
• Monitor portfolio reporting, cash flows, distributions and NAV reviews.
• Maintain portfolio records and ensure timely information flow.
