Job summary

BLUE ASHVA CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Associate – Investor & Client Relations to drive investor engagement and fundraising efforts for our Singapore-based licensed fund platform.

You will manage relationships with family offices, HNWIs, institutions and strategic partners, while coordinating onboarding, KYC/AML, distributions and reporting. The role covers fundraising support, investor communications, fund operations, and governance across VCC structures and sub-funds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Singapore-based licensed fund management environments
• Strong understanding of VCC structures and sub-funds
• Experience in fundraising and investor relationship management
• Experience dealing with family offices, HNWIs, institutional investors or other sophisticated investors

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing and prospective investors, including onboarding and communications
• Coordinate fundraising activities and investor due diligence across Singapore and international markets
• Support fund and portfolio operations, reporting, and governance with external service providers
• Develop knowledge of the Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) framework and related fund administration
• Coordinate across investment, operations, finance and compliance to service investors
• Lead process improvements for investor reporting, CRM and pipeline management
