Job summary

STRAITS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations professional to support day-to-day fund operations for a Singapore VCC and private-credit sub-fund.

You will coordinate with the fund administrator, manage investor interactions, and help ensure accurate records and robust controls. You will work closely with SIM management, compliance, and external service providers to process subscriptions, redemptions, and investor communications.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business with relevant fund operations knowledge.
• Certifications in fund administration, compliance, or AML are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and distributions with the fund administrator.
• Review NAV reports, reconciliations, fee calculations, and expense allocations.
• Monitor cash balances and forecast funding needs; prepare payment instructions.
