Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is seeking a senior researcher to drive the ISPD/FPPD agenda on financial literacy and retirement adequacy. You will lead surveys, cross-country research, and behavioural insights studies, collaborating with CPF Board, MDDI, and MoneySense partners to inform policy communications and digital services.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in policy research.
• Experience with quantitative, qualitative and behavioural insights research methods and analysis (e.g. surveys, focus groups).
• Competent in analysing data, with experience in statistical analysis, data visualisation using R, Python or other analytical software.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, comfortable in managing and engaging stakeholders.
• Self-driven, able to work independently and in a team.
• Advantageous to have data manipulation and visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development of engagement and partnership strategy with government agencies and non-government entities.
• Oversee quantitative and qualitative research projects, including managing vendors and researchers.
• Coordinate international advocacy efforts through research and information requests.
• Provide data cuts and analyses for survey findings as needed by the team and MoneySense stakeholders.
• Prepare and present key survey findings and analyses at relevant platforms.
