Qualifications

Relevant financial planning & analysis experience
Experience with government/public sector financing
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Partner with MOM departments on project funding requests and programme evaluation
Contribute to Centre of Government funding process by evaluating proposals
Analyse funding requests using cost-benefit analyses for informed decisions
Review and refine financial policies, governance and control mechanisms
Drive process improvements and digitisation of internal workflows
