Dyson is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Export Controls to lead our export compliance program, ensuring responsible export of finished goods, spares and accessories, tooling, software and equipment to global markets.

You will collaborate with the Senior Manager Global Customs Compliance, RDD teams and engineers to develop, implement and audit robust control processes, classify products, manage licenses, and train staff to uphold our regulatory obligations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in export control compliance or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of EAR, Dual-Use Regulations and related regimes.
• Experience with product classification, licensing and embargoed countries.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Policy development with legal/compliance teams to align with regulations.
• Determine product classification and HS/ECCN codes for all products.
• Prepare and submit export license applications and oversee licensing.
• Develop and deliver export control training across the company.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and drive corrective actions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess impact on controls.
• Develop incident response procedures for export control violations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed controls in design.
