Dyson Institute is seeking a Senior Manager Export Controls to lead export control compliance for finished goods, spares, tooling and software, across global markets. You will partner with the Senior Manager Global Customs Compliance, RDD teams and engineers to design and implement robust export control processes.

You will develop policies, classify products, manage licenses, deliver training, run audits and monitor regulatory changes to ensure timely, risk-aware compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certifications in export controls preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of export control compliance experience.
• Knowledge of EAR, dual-use regulations and related regimes.
• Ability to classify products and manage licenses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain export control policies and procedures aligned with regulations.
• Classify products (ECCN/HS) and oversee license applications.
• Lead training on export controls for global teams.
• Conduct compliance audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor evolving technologies and assess impact on export controls.
• Manage incident response for export control violations and report as required.
• Collaborate with RDD, legal, supply chain and product teams to embed controls.
