Job summary

Dyson Operations Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Manager Export Controls to lead export control compliance across our product portfolio including finished goods, spares, tooling and software. You will shape processes, work with RDD teams and engineers, and align with regulatory requirements globally.

You will develop policies, classify products (ECCN/HS), manage licenses, train staff, and conduct audits while staying current with evolving regimes and technologies that affect our exports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export control or related roles in tech.
• Knowledge of EAR, dual-use regs and export control regimes.

Responsibilities

• Policy development with legal/compliance to align with regs.
• Determine ECCN/HS codes for all products and ensure proper docs.
• Prepare and submit export license applications and manage licenses.
• Develop export control training programs for staff across the org.
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions for compliance.
• Stay updated on technologies impacting export controls.
• Develop incident response procedures for export violations.
• Collaborate with RDD, engineers, legal, and supply chain.
