Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking an experienced Events Sales Manager in Singapore. You will drive collaboration with event organisers, identify exhibitors and sponsors, and develop sales strategies to hit revenue targets.

You will also manage partner relationships, support partners' objectives, and ensure seamless delivery with cross-functional teams. The role requires 5+ years in event organizations, a business/marketing degree, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct experience from Event Organizers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in project management and sales, preferably within events, consumer shows & trade shows.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term partner & client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Bring in potential event organisers for collaborated events.
• Identify, target, and secure new exhibitors, sponsors, and partners for collaborated events.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for collaborated events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners of collaborated events.
• Provide consultative support to partners, ensuring their objectives are met.
• Deliver exceptional partner support service & communication throughout the collaborated events.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new collaborated event opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
• Contribute to pricing strategies and sales packages.
• Work closely with operations, marketing, and MICE services teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide input on event design and layout to optimize exhibitor and visitor experience.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.
