Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts to ensure compliance with terms, policies, and audits.
• Monitor vendor performance, KPIs, risks, and service standards.
• Oversee daily operations, resolve issues, manage inventory/assets, and coordinate procurement.
• Monitor service budgets, track expenditures, and liaise with Finance for accurate billing.
• Lead and support contract-management initiatives, including vendor negotiations and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide contract-management processes and train team members.
• Review workflows and implement improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned.
