Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in quantity surveying, construction management, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of contract/commercial experience with a Main Contractor.
• Strong experience in contract administration, negotiation, variations, and claims.
• Experience with A1 Main Contractor projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration and ensure contractual compliance.
• Handle variations, progress claims, EOT, and other contractual claims.
• Review contracts, identify risks, and protect the company’s commercial interests.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Support contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and commercial matters.
• Guide junior contract staff and maintain proper documentation.
