Job summary

GMP Technologies (s) pte ltd in Singapore seeks a senior CMDB and ITAM leader to oversee regional governance, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration across APAC.

You will drive ServiceNow ITAM rollout, manage master asset data onboarding, and mentor analysts while coordinating with vendor teams to deliver Asset Management projects. The role requires 10+ years in ITAM/CMDB with strong governance and data-to-action capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, or Service Management within IT infrastructure or operations.
• Practical experience running a CMDB, along with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
• Solid understanding of Configuration Management, ITAM, governance, control frameworks, and IT infrastructure operations.
• Demonstrated success standardizing processes and controls across multiple teams or locations.
• Strong skills in analysis, root-cause investigation, process improvement, and technical writing.
• Able to convert technical data problems into operational risks, management actions, and measurable results.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure services and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional CMDB governance, including operating processes, standards, procedures, service levels, and ongoing improvement, in line with enterprise and global frameworks.
• Drive the APAC rollout of ServiceNow ITAM, covering the onboarding and validation of master asset data, readiness for production, and data governance across all regional entities.
• Safeguard the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of CMDB data through controls, monitoring, certification, exception handling, and remediation.
• Define and govern configuration item relationships across infrastructure, applications, systems, services, and assets so that mapping is accurate and relationships are complete.
• Head the regional CMDB/ITAM team by mentoring analysts and overseeing vendor teams that deliver ServiceNow Asset Management projects.
• Partner with APAC branch leads, local PICs, IT/IS service owners, and cross-functional teams to meet regional needs and strengthen service delivery.
• Promote adoption of CMDB standards across APAC through awareness campaigns and training.
• Set up KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and management reports to track data quality, operational risk, and process effectiveness.
